1] The learned counsel for the respondent concedes to the prayer in the Writ Petition and submits that the Writ Petition be allowed in terms of prayer clauses-C, E and F. The learned counsel further submits that by virtue of interim orders granted by this Court the Family Court have not proceeded further in the pending proceedings. He further submits that divorce proceedings be decided within a period of three months.

2] The matter is fixed for hearing before the Family Court on 16.09.2025. The Family Court to permit

2108.23WP petitioner to cross examine the respondent/wife through video conferencing as was permitted through its earlier orders and the same be done at the convenience of the parties within one week of listing of the matter before the Family Court. The Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of three months, thereafter. 3] The parties submit that they would co-operate the concerned Court to decide the proceedings and they would not file any interim application so as to delay the proceedings.

4] In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
