Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners are soliciting direction to the respondents to process their individual cases for inclusion of their names in the Shalarth Pranali.

Learned advocate further submits that the management has forwarded proposals to the Education Officer (Primary) dated 17.01.2024 and the Education Officer is now supposed to take appropriate steps at the earliest. He tenders across the bar a

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3/Education Officer (Primary) to decide the proposals of the petitioners, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
