DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with the Education Officer since the year 2015. It is submitted that in respect of other employees, the approval was granted and in case of the petitioner, the same is neither granted nor rejected.

We have heard the learned AGP for the respondents/ State and Shri Wagh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. In case, the proposal seeking approval to transfer the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with the Education
