This is an application filed by legal representatives of sole respondent for bringing their names on record. Earlier Civil Application No.13353/2023 for bringing the legal representatives of sole

2301.2025ca+.odt respondent is rejected vide order dated 04.04.2024. Present application is filed for the same relief despite the earlier order dated 04.04.2024. Application is, therefore, rejected in view of the earlier order. Civil Application No. 2301/2025 :- 1.

Since the legal representatives of deceased sole respondent were not brought on record, appeal has abated. 2.

The fact of abatement of appeal is recorded vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Civil Application No. 13353/2023. The learned Registrar (Judicial) to verify as to whether the present applicants are the legal representatives of the deceased respondent and also as to whether they alone are the legal representatives. 3.

On such satisfaction, the amount deposited with this Court in the present appeal be disbursed to the legal representatives along with accrued interest since appeal is already dismissed as abated. 4.

In view of abatement of Appeal itself, pending Civil Applications, if any, stands disposed of.
