Present applications are filed seeking condonation of delay which has occurred in filing the appeals by GMIDC. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that GMIDC was not party respondent before the Reference Court and applicant came to know much late about the awards passed in the Reference applications. The learned counsel in the circumstances has prayed for condoning the delay.

Advocate Shri L.C. Patil who is appearing for the respondent-claimant in all these matters has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. In view of the above, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14.01.2019. The learned counsel Shri L.C. Patil waives notice for respondentclaimant. Service complete. v) List the appeals for further consideration on 14.01.2019.
