13th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Industrial Court for redressal of his grievance. 2) If the petitioner presents appropriate proceedings before the Industrial Court, the same shall be decided by the concerned Court in accordance with the provisions of law and without being influenced by limited interference caused by this Court in granting interim relief.

{2} 961 - WP 1318 of 2018 3) The respondent - Municipal Corporation shall continue the petitioner as a daily wager for a period of four weeks from today.

4) It would be open for the petitioner to tender appropriate application seeking protection and the Industrial Court shall decide the application in accordance with law and on consideration of merits of the application.

5) In view of above, writ petition is disposed of.
