Learned counsel Mr. Gunale appearing on behalf of petitioner fairly refers to that with change in the government policy having taken place in respect of subject - matter of writ petition, petition would not carry forward the purpose for which it has been filed. 2.

He submits, in the circumstances, petitioner may try making application under new policy evolved by the State Government. 3.

It is for the petitioner to decide how to go about the same. 4.

In view of aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
