1.

This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of validation of the tribe certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of ONE YEAR from today and it is accordingly directed.

2.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the Petitioner only on the ground of his failure to submit of tribe validation certificate.

3.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
