This petition can be disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the validation claim pending with the Committee since 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and, it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, the employer shall not take any coercive action against petitioner on the ground of his failure to tender validation certificate and the action that can be taken in consonance with the decision of the Scrutiny Committee in the matter of validation of the caste / tribe certificate issued in favour of petitioner.
