The petitioner has been in Government service as Senior Clerk, drawing monthly salary of Rs.47,480/-. The interim maintenance granted, is of only Rs.10,000/- per month. i.e. only 21% of the income of the petitioner herein. In view of the same, no case is made out for issuance of notice.

The petition is therefore dismissed.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner would submit that if the notice is issued, the matter is likely to be settled. He also

The matter is pending before the Family Court, Latur. It would not be desirable to to call the respondent - wife to Aurangabad by spending a lot for such purpose. 6.

Since it is a matrimonial dispute, the Family Court would do well to make efforts of conciliation between the parties and for that purpose even may appoint a trained Mediator thereat. [ R. G. AVACHAT, J. ] SMS
