Both the learned Advocates submit that the purpose of Criminal Application No.361 of 2019 has been served. The applicant therein had withdrawn the amount which was deposited by the respondent therein. Under such circumstance, Criminal Application No.361 of 2019 stands disposed of.

Today, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to deposit amount of Rs.86,000/- towards the arrears, but she prays for time of four weeks to deposit the same. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that it is towards arrears of maintenance, petitioners to deposit the said amount of Rs.86,000/- (1)
