The only request made in this petition is not to award any rental compensation but to consider an application seeking it. That application is made by the petitioner to the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Works, Taluka Ambajogai, District Beed on 16.01.2012. That representation was received and thereafter there is a further application made on 03.09.2015. However, no decision has been taken there on. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the claim nor in any manner directing that the claim should be awarded, we request the Competent Authority to dispose of the pending representations and applications as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
