By this application, applicants seek review of the order dated 02.04.2019 passed in First Appeal No. 4458 of 2016.

Concurrent finding of facts are recorded by the Tribunal and this Court to the effect that, unknown truck has caused the accident and not the vehicle against whom claim petition was filed. Points argued now, were argued before this Court, no error apparent on the face of record is pointed out in the judgment under review. No case is made out to review the judgment passed by this Court. Review application being devoid of merits is dismissed.
