Applicant seeks permission to bring on record Legal Representatives of deceased respondent No.1/3 Bhikan Supadu Mahale 3.

Mr. L.V. Sangit, learned advocate for respondent No.1/2 and 1/5 opposed the application by filing affidavit in reply. 4.

Perusal of application shows that this second appeal was admitted in the year 1997. The sole appellant died in the year 2020 and his LRs are brought on record in the year 2021. Thereafter, they have taken steps to bring LRs of deceased appellant on record. As such, delay has occasioned, which does not appear to be intentional. 4.

In the result, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) . Amendment be carried within two weeks. [S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J] grt/-
