We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-institution was possessing registration certificate under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and Amendment 2006 upto the year 2009. The petitioner has applied for permission as per the new Act of the year 2015. The respondents be directed to decide the same.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents/State. 4.

In case the petitioner has filed application for registration afresh under the Act, 2015 and the said application is complete in all
