Though Rule was issued in this civil application by this Court (Coram : N.H.Patil, J.) on 23/07/2002, Mr.Salunke, learned Advocate for the petitioners in WP No.1764/2002 submits that after Keshav Misal passed away during the pendency of this civil application, his LR Gulab has also passed away. His daughter and son are surviving. 2.

In view of the above, Mr.B.V.Dhage, learned Advocate submits that he would appear for the said LR's and would file an appropriate civil application for being brought on record in this petition. 3.
