The claim of the petitioner is that he has sought certain information under the Right to Information Act, which is pertaining to his service record. According to him inspite of directions being issued by the Commissioner for State Information, the order till date is not complied with. As such appropriate directions needs to be issued to the respondents to comply with the order of the Commissioner for State

The learned Assistant Government Pleader would support the order.

We have appreciated the submissions.

In case of non compliance of the order of the Commissioner for State Information, statute provides for the necessary implication and it is always open for the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies which are provided under the provisions of the Right to Information Act. Keeping such option open to the petitioner, petitions on instructions are not pressed and disposed of accordingly.
