Mr.Vishal Bagal, learned Counsel holding for Mr.K.G.Salunke, advocate for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Respondent-husband has no objection for transfer of the HMP No.A-676/2018, fled by the husband, which is pending before the Family Court at Nasik to the Family Court at Auangabad. He, however, requests that the fnal disposal be directed to be made within a reasonable time. The request appears reasonable. The HMP No.A676/18, pending before the Family Court at Nasik, is hereby

The learned Family Court at Nasik to ensure transmission of the record and proceedings to the Family Court at Aurangabad, by then. The learned Counsel for the non applicant is directed to place a net-downloaded copy of this order before the Family Court at Nasik, to enable it to take appropriate steps. The Family Court at Aurangabad, shall endeavour to decide the petition, as transferred to it, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the record.
