ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants - claimants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of Rs. 5,24,186/- towards enhanced compensation which has been deposited by the concerned Insurance Company i.e. present respondent No.3. The learned Counsel for respondent No. 2 - owner has no objection.

The appeal is already disposed of, and therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The aforesaid amount be distributed among the applicants as per the apportionment done by the learned Tribunal in the original award.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
