By order dated 27/04/1993, this Court has granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause B on the condition that the impugned rent amount of Rs.4,200/- shall be deposited in this Court. 2.

Considering the above, this civil application is disposed of in terms of the said order. Needless to state, if the amount as directed is not deposited, the relief granted by this Court on 27/04/1993 shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. 3.

At the request of the applicant/appellant, stand over to 25/01/2018 for final hearing.
