PER COURT :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions, that after the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 28.11.1994 was not stayed by this Court, the respondent / Municipal Council has implemented the said judgment. The petitioner was granted regularization pursuant to the impugned judgment in 2001. The petitioner passed away in 2012 and the nominee of the deceased petitioner is being paid pension as per Rules. 2.

Copy of the confirmation order, communication received by the learned Advocate for the respondent and the Death Certificate are placed on record, which are collectively marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Considering the above and Exhibit "X", this petition stands disposed off.
