22nd FEBRUARY, 2018 ORDER:- 1) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, who refer to that writ petition is concerned with property purchased by writ petitioners and as such that property would be concerned for interim relief. 2) In the circumstances, it would be appropriate to clarify that the suit property referred under ad-interim order dated 31.7.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.9817 of 2017 will be restricted and would mean the property claimed by the writ petitioners.
