This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the non-applicants before the Court below. The said application is opposed by Mr. Salunke, learned Counsel for nonapplicant No.1. 2.

The Commissioner under Workmens' Compensation, upon considering the evidence, has ordered the payment of compensation.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be

1886.15ca -2appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs only) out of the amount deposited by the non-applicants. The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in the nationalized bank initially for the period of three years. 4.
