In response to this Civil Application, an affidavit in reply has been filed by Shri Ankit who is the CEO of the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad. An apology is tendered in paragraph 9 and it is contended that the orders dated 09.01.2024 and 10.01.2024, have been issued under a misconception since the order of this Court dated 23.10.2023 was not properly interpreted. Pursuant to our order dated 02.02.2024, both the officers are present in the Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners/Applicants submits that since the CEO has now passed a fresh order dated 02.02.2024, the Petitioners would not seek any further orders.

In so far as the liberty to amend the petition as regards placing certain documents on record, he prays that the application may be allowed to that extent.

In view of the above, we put the issue to rest as regards the disobedience of our order in the light of the affidavit in reply filed. The Civil Application is disposed off.
