In this petition preferred by the husband challenging the order of maintenance, he has from time to time deposited money in the Court. The applicants i.e. wife and her children are seeking to withdraw the money.

The learned Advocate for the husband fairly concedes that it is pursuant to the direction of this Court the amounts were deposited. The applicants i.e. wife and children can be allowed to withdraw the money.
