We have heard Mr. Gaikwad the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It appears that the vehicle has been seized by the Revenue Authority. It also appears that the bond has been flouted. In such a scenario, it would be appropriate, if the petitioner avails the remedy of appeal. In that event, all contentions of the petitioner are kept open.

In case, the petitioner files an appeal, the same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of filing of appeal.
