The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Tribunal since 2014. The petitioner has advanced his final arguments and also submitted written arguments in September, 2016. He submits that the proceedings are being adjourned at the behest of respondent no.3.

Mr.Mandlik, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that respondent

If the arguments of the petitioner are over and he has already filed the written arguments, then respondent no.3 shall work out the appeal before the next date before the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall decide the said appeal expeditiously.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
