Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 23.01.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in the cause title of the order dated 23.01.2015 the middle name of the petitioner is wrongly stated. It ought to be "Chabubai Babanrao Balatkar" instead of "Chabubai Babarao Balatkar". It is written as 'Babarao' and same be corrected.
