The incident happened on the Pan Shop. The role attributed to the applicant is limited to holding one of the injured. There are no allegations of assault at his hands. Nothing has been recovered from him and there are no antecedents to his discredit at this juncture. The charge sheet has been filed. The applicant is a young boy of 26 years old. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Sonya @ Akash Shrikant Thombare, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection
