2] When this matter was called out for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint ULP No. 13 of 2001 is already decided in favour of the original complainant.

3] Be that as it may, since the present petition was against the interim order and main proceedings

4] Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged. No costs.
