1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Hon'ble Minister has remanded the matter to the Special Land Acquisition Officer and that order is challenged before this Court, however, the remanded proceedings now disposed of. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
