Heard learned advocates for the parties at quite some length.

From submissions position churns out that petitioner suffers fundamental lacuna in respect of educational eligibility criteria, having not passed 10th standard examination as referred to under the advertisement. Paragraph No. 3 of the writ petition refers to that the petitioner is only 8th standard pass. 3.
In view of the same, while there is communication that on account of shortcomings, inter alia, in respect of education, we
