Heard Mr. Rakhunde, learned Advocate appearing for applicant/s. Respondent Acquiring Body has filed an appeal assailing award passed by reference Court. Acquiring Body has deposited 50% amount of compensation by this time. In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw half of amount deposited by Acquiring Body on furnishing usual undertaking, further permitted to withdraw balance amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court.
