The petitioners in the instant petition raise grievance in respect of the denial by the respondents to release benefits of one additional increment to the petitioners, in view of the policy of the Government, declared on 12/12/2000.

This Court in a writ petition involving identical issue, issued certain directions on 28-08-2017. The instant petitions also deserves to be disposed of in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.10628 of 2017, decided on 28-08-2017. 3.
In view of above, we pass following order.
ORDER
1] The petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to submit a further detailed representation with supporting documents before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur. On receipt of such a representation, the said authority shall consider the same and shall forward its report/ proposal to the competent authority i.e. respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2] On receipt of said report/ proposal, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision taking into consideration the aforesaid policy dated 12/12/2000 and in accordance with law, as also the observations made by Division Bench of this Court in the case of
3 WP 1746-2017 & WP 1759-2017 Suresh Raghoba Bhowate v. State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.6116/2014 alongwith connected petitions decided at Nagpur Bench on 16/12/2014 as also the order dated 29/06/2016 passed in the case of Dhanraj Shivaji Vani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.6382/2016 along with connected petitions decided at Bombay. 3] Writ petitions stand disposed of.
