Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 75 days condoned in filing first appeal. The insurance company intends to challenge the award.

The application has been objected by respondent No.1 - original claimant on the ground that, the delay has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration facts stated in paras No.3 and 4, the delay deserves to be condoned by taking a liberal approach. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay in filing first appeal is hereby condoned.
