It is submitted that, after filing of contempt petition the petitioner is issued with appointment order, but the same is not in consonance with the order passed by this Court. Subsequently the orders are also issued for payment of backwages. The only grievance of the petitioner is that clause 6 of the order prohibits the petitioner from getting Class - C post. In the original writ petition also the same was agitated, which was negatived. Even the S.L.P. is dismissed. Clause 6 of the appointment order dated 18.03.2015 is set aside.

The petitioner after acquiring qualification of Class III and if found eligible and fit, so also by considering all relevant factor and availability of admissible post be considered for the Class III post.
