A representation dated 30.05.2023 has been tendered by the Petitioner to Respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the representation tendered by the Petitioner dated 30.05.2023, on its own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law. A decision on the representation would be arrived at, within 60 days from today and

Needless to state, if the Zilla Parishad concludes that the 7th pay commission recommendations apply to the Petitioner, his arrears shall be calculated and the same shall be paid within six months thereafter and the pay fixation, if necessary, shall be carried out within 30 days from the date of decision.
