We have heard Mr.K.C.Sant, learned advocate for respondent no.3 and the learned AGP. Learned advocate for respondent no.3 submits that the territorial jurisdiction would be exercised at the Principal Seat at Bombay or at Nagpur as respondent no.4 is resident of Yavatmal.

2] In light of that, Mr.Urgunde, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to present it before appropriate forum.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
