The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.145 of 2014, registered at Chopda City Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offeces punishable under Sections 302, 498-A of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The applicant is the husband of deceased Maya, who was murdered by the applicant on 8th October 2014. 3.

The death has occurred on the spot, within a period of seven years from the date of marriage.

in view of the investigation, as carried out, which depicts strong prima facie case against the applicant, in my opinion, it will be inappropriate to release the applicant on regular bail. As such, application stands rejected.
