This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender before the police authorities in view of dismissal of the appeal of the applicant bearing No.801 of 2015 by this Court in the case arising of the Prevention of Corruption Act. This Court by judgment and order dated 21.11.2022 has dismissed the appeal. On the date of the judgment itself, eight weeks time was granted to surrender. Now, request is made on the count that the applicant has approached the Hon'ble Apex Court against the judgment passed by this court. 2.

This Court finds it difficult to accept the prayer since matter is already seized before the Hon'ble Apex Court and aaa/-
