PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the liberty may be given to the petitioner to file application before the Magistrate for redressal of his grievance, which is raised in the present Petition.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings before the Magistrate. In case, such application is moved by the petitioner before the Magistrate, the concerned Court is directed to decide the said application on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within one month from filing of such proceeding/application before the concerned Court.
