Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 108 days caused in filing appeal against award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar.

Perused the application and reasons stated therein.

179-ca-1853-2025 Apparently, delay is caused due to administrative exigencies. Applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. The contents of application are not controverted by the respondents. Hence, case is made out to condone the delay, in result, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1854 OF 2025 1.

Mr. Bagul submits that entire amount as per award passed by the Tribunal has been deposited with Tribunal. His statement is not controverted by the respondent. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C' and disposed of.
