Learned APP for the State has tendered across the Bar affidavit-in-reply of the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli. In paragraph 11 of the said affidavit-in-reply, it is stated that he has gone through the case papers and reached to the conclusion that further investigation is needed in the matter. Accordingly, he has directed the P.I. Basmath for further investigation under the guidance of SDPO, Basmath and submit report under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. to the concerned Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits
