The compelling circumstance as is sought to be canvassed for the purpose of cancellation of bail in Crime No. 145 of 2015 registered with Renapur Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code, as is sought to be espoused by learned A.P.P. that respondent-accused, through his mother, trying to pressurize the complainant and his family members to withdraw the complaint.

In my opinion, if such complaints are noticed by prosecution, it was open for the prosecution to proceed against the

As such, the above referred will not be compelling circumstance against the respondent for cancellation of bail. As such, application fails, stands rejected.
