It is an application moved by the applicants/acquiring body seeking extension of time to comply the order passed earlier by this Court dated 15.12.2020.

Heard Mr R.A. Tambe, learned Advocate for respondent no.1. Respondents no.3 to 6 though duly served with notice, remained absent. 3.

On perusal of the order dated 15.12.2020 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.8380 of 2020, it is noticed that this court was pleased to grant interim stay with a direction to acquiring body to deposit 60% of the compensation amount granted under the impugned award within a period of twelve weeks from the date of passing of the order. The acquiring body could not arrange for the funds and again seeking extension of time. 4.

In the interest of justice, twelve weeks time is granted to comply conditional order passed by this Court.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). (ii) The interim order passed by this Court to continue till then. (iii) Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, J.) vvr
