Heard Mr. Kakde, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Ambhore, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 - insurance company. Perused the impugned judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said judgment. In view of above, following order is passed :

ORDER

i) Applicant no. 1 in Civil Application No. 8834/2019 namely Sharda Vishwajeet Patil is permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.10,00,000/- whereas applicants in Civil Application no. 3385/2019 are permitted to jointly withdraw sum of Rs.4,00,000/- on submitting undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registration (Judl.) of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.
