We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation is filed by the petitioner to charge renewal fees of F.L. IV license. The license issued in favour of the petitioner is in respect of the premises situated in cantonment area. However renewal fees has been charged of municipal area. The representation to that effect is already given (Exh. 'B', Page No.16). The same is not considered.

The learned AGP submits that the authority would take decision upon it in accordance with law. 3.

In case, the representation given by the petitioner (Exh 'B', Page No.16) is pending with the authority then the authority shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
