1] The present application is filed to recall the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.11439/2024.

2] This Court passed the order on 14.10.2024 in Writ Petition No.11439/2024 considering the submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that the order dated 29.08.2024 passed by the District Judge-4, Aurangabad at Exh.58 was the impugned order in the Writ Petition.

3] Today it is pointed out that the order impugned in the writ petition is dated 05.09.2024 in Regular Darkhast

11439.24WP No.198/2010 along with the order dated 29.08.2024 at Exh.58.

4] Considering the same, the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.11439 of 2024 stands recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to it's original stage.
