Applicant seeks to set aside the order of the Registrar, thereby refusing registration of application for non removal of office objections in appeal/application.

Perused the application and reasons stated therein. Learned advocate for the appellant submits that he will remove within four weeks from today. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in temrs of prayer clause (B). Delay caused in filing application is condoned. Civil application alongwith First Appeal be restored to its original position, subject to condition that applicant removes office objections within four weeks from today.

In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, the order dated 7.1.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) shall govern the proceeding.
