The application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The applicant is working as teacher. She some how learnt about the incident of rape on the prosecutrix when she made inquiry about the incident. Allegations against her are that after the inquiry she advised the prosecutrix not to approach police because she may be defamed. In view of this advise given by the applicant, teacher, police want to arrest her for offence under section 201

-:(2):- and 119 of I.P.C.

In view of the nature of allegations against the applicant, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicant.

In the result, application is allowed. Interim relief granted in favour of the applicant is conformed. She is to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 09.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. for a period of one month and she is to cooperate the police during investigation.
